This Andaz hotel falls significantly short of the standards expected from the Andaz brand, offering an experience far from the luxury and five-star service it advertises. The overall ambiance is more reminiscent of a budget hostel than a premium hotel. Shockingly, after checkout, guests are asked to leave the property and are denied access to any facilities—something entirely unacceptable for a supposed luxury establishment.
The service is cold, impersonal, and lacking in basic hospitality, leaving me feeling as though I was not staying in a five-star hotel. The value for money is nonexistent, as the experience provided does not justify the high rates charged.
Unless there is a complete overhaul of management and service standards, I cannot imagine returning to this property. It is a disappointment to the Andaz name and its reputation for excellence.

The room is clean and new. However, although the staff members were friendly, the staff members seemed to be slow responding to our requests.

周边很空荡，出行一定是要驾车的，房间很新

酒店很好，价格合适，外出方便，和友人团队连续住多日。建议有需要的一定提前预订，会拿到非常好的价格和房型。房间各种设施齐备。值得推荐。

酒店位置距离英国花园步行10分钟路程，附近餐厅不少，特别是200米距离有一家非常不错的法式餐厅，因没有提前订位，未能体验。

误点错日期，1-2小时後要求更改，未能实际入住，携程帮我协调了3天仍失败。

现代风格装修，实用性强过凯宾斯基四季酒店，购物吃饭地段算太方便，早餐好，酒店的餐厅很好晚餐可选择酒店吃，没有行李员，其他服务还是不错的
